What a Crazy Short Week

I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving!
This week was a little nuts.. Amber had school Mon and Tues and was off Wed, Thurs and Friday.. It was nice cause I didn't have to do alot of running.. Steve was off on Wed and it was nice cause my friend Mindy and I went to Kmart to pick all the toys up that we had on layaway for the kids.. Then after we were done with that we went to walmart to pick up a few toys that were cheaper then Kmart. It was nice to go out and not have the kids tagging along. I really needed mommy time.

Thursday we went to Mom and Dad's for Thanksgiving.. It was really nice to spend it with them. Yesterday the kids and I decorated the house inside and out.. We are just waiting for Daddy to put lights on the gutters of the house. I decided that I would run to Walmart at 4am to get some good deals on things.. It was so crazy.. After pushing through everyone to get what I wanted I ended up waiting on the checkout line for about an hour.. It was nuts but I'm sure i will do it again next year.. So now I can officially say I'm done Christmas shopping for the kids.

Today I took the kids back to Walmart to see Santa.. I told them that they need to tell him what they want for Christmas.. So surprisingly Amber and Korey both sat on his lap and told him. I was really surprised.. Amber said she wanted a DS and Kory said he wanted a Bike. So we will see what Santa will being them..
